ZAFA Wines LLC was founded in 2018 and is located in Isle La Motte, Vermont. They have become one of the pioneers in the “New American” wine revival, focusing on hybrid grapes in Vermont. Making waves with its traditional methods, ZAFA is reframing the conversation around sustainability and farming in wine. We create wines, ciders, co-fermentations and blends of apples and grapes. Walk -ins are welcome at their tasting room in Burlington, Vermont.
